How Do I Place A Custom Order?

Click on the "Contact" button and send a message with what you are wanting. I will work on a digital proof for you to approve before the physical product is started.

How Much Does A Proof Cost?

There is no cost for a proof, and you get one revision as well. 

What Do You Use For Shipping?

We mainly use UPS Ground to ship all orders, unless you have a PO Box, then we will use USPS. We always send a tracking number when the order ships.

What Is The Turn Around Time?

This depends on the time of year, but on average, turn around time is 2 weeks. If you have a specific deadline just send me a message and I will be happy to accommodate your request.

Do You Accept Returns?

We accept returns on any items that are not personalized. All personalized and/or customized sales are final. Otherwise, we accept returns within 14 business days. The customer is responsible for shipping unless the item is broken or damaged. Once the item is received then your refund will be issued.
